We carry out revalidation or renewal UK or EASA class 1 medicals for existing medical certificate holders. These can be done at either our Birmingham Airport or Harpenden (near Luton Airport) clinics.

• Register for a CAA Portal account(if applying for a UK CAA medical)

• Complete a UK CAA Cellma online medical application form(if applying for a UK CAA medical)

• Complete an EASA application form(if applying for an EASA medical)

• Complete a Mental Health Questionnaire(do not date or sign)

You do not have to fast before the medical.

• Photo ID

• Your completed EASA application form (if applying for an EASA medical)

• A UK CAA Cellma online application form (if applying for a UK CAA medical. You do not need to bring a printed copy)

• Your completed mental health questionnaire (do not date or sign)

• Your glasses or contact lenses, if you wear them

• Your medical reports relating to any significant current or past medical history

• Bring a completed eye exam form from an optometrist if not submitted in the past 2 years. Use:

• UK CAA MED162 Eye Examination Form for a UK medical OR

• EASA Ophthalmology Examination Report Form for an EU medical.
